To promote a safe, fair and enjoyable booking experience, MeGo has established a set of rules and policies for Accommodation service listings. These restrictions involve how Accommodation service is described, and practices that would provide an unfair advantage or result in a negative Guest experience.
Learning about MeGo's listing policies before you list an Accommodation Service will help you to avoid unintentionally breaking rules.
Violations of these policies may result in a range of actions, including:
· Listing cancellation
· Account suspension
· Forfeit of MeGo Listing fees on cancelled listings
When policy violations occur, MeGo emails the Accommodation provider, as well as Guests, that a listing has been deleted.
The following are the Rules for Listing:
· Listings must not misrepresent Accommodation Services.
· Accommodation providers cannot have misleading information that do not accurately describe the Accommodation Service for sale.
· Offer the opportunity through MeGo to book the Accommodation Service or other merchandise outside of MeGo
· Use their About Me Page to promote outside-of-MeGo sales or prohibited Accommodation Services.
· Except as noted in the specific policy as exceptions, Accommodation providers cannot:
· Solicit Guests to mail cash or use other payment methods not specifically permitted by MeGo as accepted payment methods.
· Use profanity in a listing, except as allowed in media titles.
